Claudia Durán is the Managing Director of Endeavor Miami, whose mission is to select, mentor and accelerate the growth of high-impact entrepreneurs in South Florida. Endeavor Miami currently supports 22 companies and 39 entrepreneurs.

Durán is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of strategic business development in the for-profit and non-profit industries across the Americas. She began her career with SAB Miller in El Salvador. She then transitioned to a strategic development role at Taca International Airlines in El Salvador and Mexico, before moving to New York City to join Deutsche Bank’s Private Wealth Management group.

She then decided to focus her efforts on working with non-profit organizations in São Paulo, Brazil, accepting a leadership position at Ashoka, one of the world’s leading organizations supporting social entrepreneurs. In the past few years, Claudia led a complete turnaround of her family’s business in El Salvador and led the international business development of a Brazilian health organization.

Claudia is a visionary professional with a wealth of experience in various financial, corporate, entrepreneurial, and non-profit organizations. She holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State University. Claudia is a multilingual and multicultural global citizen, who is part of the growing community of South Florida, making her home in metropolitan Miami.
